Who we are
The Solvency Deficit Debate League is the only policy debate (2v2) league that gives high school debaters from across the country a forum to debate each other outside of the national circuit! Whether you don't have the resources to travel nationally, don't have a partner, or simply want to debate more, the SDDL is right for you! We host debates via our discord server (see above banner) and host our season on tabroom.com. For questions, email cwsdebate@gmail.com.

Weekly debates during the "down season" (after the TOC to before summer break)
A round robin in the fall to prepare for the season and get reps on the new topic
Quality judging from college debaters and Coaches Poll high school debaters
Assurance that you can debate, even if you don't have a partner. We will always be able to help you find someone to debate with, and we also offer Maverick entries.

Our discord server has over 130 members and is the site of all debates, communications, and extra information for participants. It's also the best way to contact us for questions or help.
It's been optimized for debates with debate stage channels that only allow active participants and judges to speak, which is important in rounds with large audiences. It is also equipped with prep rooms that only allow the two debaters using it to join so prep is both convenient and private.
The registration link will be published here on the website in April but will be announced via discord, so make sure not to miss it!
